Quick summary: This page is for roofing contractors who want more repair calls and replacement estimates from Google and from AI tools. It routes you to four services: local SEO for the map pack, SEO for the whole website, AEO | GEO for AI answers, and SEO content for the pages that carry all three.
Roofing is one of four trades we cover under home services.
Roofing has two kinds of buyer, and they search differently.
The urgent buyer has water coming in. Ahrefs Keywords Explorer (United States, checked October 6, 2026) shows about 82,000 searches a month for "roof repair near me" and about 38,000 for "roofer near me". Those searches end in the map pack, usually with a phone call the same day.
The replacement buyer researches for weeks. Few homeowners have bought a roof before, so they read first. Ahrefs shows about 19,000 searches a month for "roof replacement cost" and about 3,200 for "metal roof vs shingles". Those searches land on web pages, and more and more on AI answers.
Then comes the storm. After hail or high wind, crews from outside the area knock on doors, and homeowners get wary. The Texas Department of Insurance publishes a consumer page warning that a contractor there may not offer to waive a deductible. A local roofer with a real address, a long review history and a plain claim page has the advantage, if people can find it.
The other plans are on the packages page.
Most roofers need both. The profile wins the urgent repair call, and the website wins the replacement buyer who compares costs and materials for weeks.
The Local SEO program starts at $850 a month per location. Everything else depends on the plan, and the packages page lists what each one includes.
First map grid movement usually shows in 1 to 3 weeks, and top 3 positions on competitive terms take 30 to 90 days. Content takes longer, about 3 to 6 months for steady gains.
Yes. Galli Local is based in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, and the work is done remotely for roofers in other states.
Yes, but the work has to be done before the storm. Storm damage and insurance claim pages need to be live ahead of time, because a page published the week of a hailstorm rarely ranks in time.
