Digital marketing by industry

Quick summary: This page lists every industry Galli Local writes for. Each industry has a hub page and four service pages beneath it: local SEO, SEO, AEO | GEO and SEO content. Dental and medical practice types are listed under their parent industry. It is for owners who want advice written for their trade instead of general tips.

Why does search marketing differ by industry?

The ranking factors are the same for everyone: relevance, distance, and prominence. What changes is everything you feed into them.

  • Categories. A law firm picks from practice-area categories. A restaurant picks by cuisine. The wrong primary category can hide a business from its best searches.
  • Rules. Lawyers follow advertising rules set by their state. Medical practices have patient privacy to protect when they reply to reviews. Contractors in some states must show a registration number in their ads.
  • Directories. Every industry has its own. A profile on a legal directory does nothing for a plumber.
  • What a ranking turns into. Service trades see more calls. Appointment businesses see more bookings. Restaurants and shops see more direction requests and walk-ins.

Each industry hub routes you to the service you need. The local SEO page under it covers categories, rules and directories for that type of business, then says which package fits and who is not a fit.

Who does Galli Local work with?

Small businesses that win customers from a defined area. Typical clients are solo and two-partner law firms, plumbers and HVAC companies, dental and medical practices, restaurants and coffee shops, and tour operators. The Local SEO program needs a verified Google Business Profile at a real physical address, at least 10 reviews, and a rating of 3.5 stars or better.

Industries and their pages

Each industry has a hub page and four service pages. The first link under each heading goes to the hub.

Law firms

Solo and two-partner firms: practice-area searches, attorney listings and state advertising rules.

Home service companies

Multi-trade companies that drive to the customer. Single-trade companies should use their trade below.

The four trades below each have their own hub and four service pages.

Plumbers

Emergency and after-hours searches, honest hours, and how far one address reaches.

HVAC companies

Seasonal demand, and repair searches versus replacement searches.

Electricians

Licensing, residential versus commercial work, and EV charger and generator searches.

Roofers

Storm-driven demand, high-value jobs and insurance claim wording.

Dental practices

"Near me", emergency and insurance searches, with review replies that protect patient privacy.

By practice type:

Practice types have a hub and a local SEO page of their own. For SEO, AEO | GEO and SEO content they use the pages for dental practices above.

Medical practices

Practice and provider profiles, health directories and review replies that never confirm a patient.

By practice type:

Practice types have a hub and a local SEO page of their own. For SEO, AEO | GEO and SEO content they use the pages for medical practices above.

Auto repair shops

Urgent, service and make searches for independent shops.

Restaurants and coffee shops

Menus, hours, photos, and order links that stay your own.

Tour operators

Google Things to do, travel listings, meeting points and seasonal hours.

The resources page has a Google Maps cheat sheet for four of these industries.

Not sure where to start?

The digital marketing page shows how the services fit together, the packages page lists what each one includes, and the locations page covers ranking by state and city. If your phone has gone quiet, start with why your local business isn't getting phone calls.

Common questions about industries

Do you only work with the industries listed here?

No. These are the industries we know best and write about. Any business that serves customers from a real address in a defined area can qualify for the Local SEO program.

Why is there a separate page for each industry?

Because the details differ. Categories, directories, review habits, and advertising rules change from one trade to the next, and general advice misses them.

What is an industry-location page?

It is a page about one industry in one place, such as law firms in a single city. We write one only when there are enough verifiable local facts to make it useful.

Does my industry change the price?

No. The Local SEO program starts at $850/mo per location for every industry. Final pricing depends on grid size and keyword count, and current rates are on the packages page.

Which package fits most small businesses?

The Local SEO program. Most clients start there because the map pack is where local calls come from, then add GBP management, AEO | GEO, or ads when the plan calls for them.
